Would you date a guy who still lives with his parents?

I just came across this post on Facebook asking whether the viewers (who are mostly young adult women) would date a guy in his late 20′s who still lives at home:

My answer, even before reading the other posts, was “it depends.” With the job crisis still a very serious issue in the States (and around the world), I just can’t see NOT dating a guy who is living at home solely because of this predicament.

That being said he would need to have a lot of potential to win me over. As a woman with a lot of ambition (masters degree, own my own side business, director or marketing for a great startup), I won’t tolerate laziness or just plain bum like behavior.

How to enjoy watching sports with your boyfriend

When my boyfriend and I first started dating seven and a half years ago I wasn’t into sports at all. I’m now a huge football fan (Go Dolphins!) and basketball fan (Go Heat!), though it definitely took me some time to warm up to watching sports with him.

The thing is, if your boyfriend is anything like mine, watching sports is just in his DNA. He’ll always want to be doing it and he’ll love you even more if you can sit there and cheer along with him.

Just kidding, this really isn’t a big deal. There are simply a few steps you need to take to nip this in the bud. Take it from a girl who used to quietly add a clear snore strip to her nose when the lights went out.
